ERB Hosts Report Writing Workshop for TANESCO Female Engineers
The Engineers Registration Board (ERB) has launched a 10-day workshop on report writing for 23 female engineers from the Tanzania Electric Supply Company Limited (TANESCO). The workshop, which commenced on January 20, 2025, is being held at the ERB offices in Morogoro and aims to equip participants with essential skills for preparing professional and detailed reports required for their registration process.
This initiative follows a collaborative agreement reached during a meeting between ERB and TANESCO in November 2024, emphasizing the need for a continuous 10-day session to enable participants to complete their draft reports concurrently.
The workshop was officially opened by Eng. Bernard Kavishe, the Registrar of the Engineers Registration Board, who highlighted the importance of professional development in advancing the engineering sector.
This training aligns with ERB's dedication to empowering Professional Engineers through the School of Professional Engineers (SoPE).
