Earlier today, 13 April 2025, had a priviledge to officiate a graduation veremony on the program on construction claims and mediation in construction disputes Mwenyekiti was the guest of honour - The class was mostly retired army officers, mostly engineers, predominanly male. The course was mediation intensive, with a pinch of project and contract mqnqgement skills. India is drifting away from arbitration, as it has proven not to yield intened results, much as is ADR, there is a loop hole leading back to litigation, tajing it back to square one, timewise.
