We Yesterday invited the NHC Morogoro Manager, Mr Lwitiko, He sent his Engineer and later came accompanied by MS. Lilian, Estate officer = We had a good discussion on a range of things (10 points in the end), from isolating our TANESCO connection, upgrading to 3Phase, expansion of floor area, repairs of loos, tiles and roof, back up Generator installation, the state of basement parking, road/building interphase, safety of the walkway, and signs littering the lobby
